We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Full-stack Java Faculty member to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring our students gain the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the dynamic world of full-stack Java development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach and mentor students in full-stack Java development, covering front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks like Angular/React/Vue.js) and back-end technologies (Java, Spring framework, Hibernate, RESTful APIs).
- Develop and deliver engaging and interactive lectures, labs, and workshops that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Design and update curriculum and course materials to ensure they align with industry trends and standards.
- Provide one-on-one support and feedback to students on their assignments, projects, and code reviews.
- Assess student progress through assignments, exams, and practical projects; provide constructive feedback to facilitate learning outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in full-stack Java development and integrate them into teaching methodologies.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members and curriculum developers to enhance the overall quality of the programs offered.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Full-stack Java Faculty member or instructor.
- Proficiency in Java programming and familiarity with frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, etc.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern framework (Angular, React, Vue.js).
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their academic and career goals.
- Experience in curriculum design and development is a plus.
- Certification in Java or relevant technologies is advantageous.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
