Customer Care Executive

**Location**: Satara, Maharashtra
**Company**: Inventive Infotech - One of the Leading Software Companies in Western Maharashtra
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer and handle customer support calls efficiently.
- Assist clients in using software developed by Inventive Infotech.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries related to software usage.
- Visit clients for on-site support as needed.
- Provide guidance and training to customers.
**Required Skills**:
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of computers & mobile handling
- Strong calculation skills
- Ability to handle calls quickly and professionally
- Willingness to travel for client support when required
**Eligibility Criteria**:
- **Education**: Graduate / Diploma in Computer Science or any related field
- **Gender**: Male Only
- **Commitment**: Minimum 1-year job period required
- Own two-wheeler & smartphone preferred for field visits
**Job Type & Benefits**:
- Office-based job in **Satara City** with occasional client visits
- Full training will be provided on software operation
- Secure and long-term job opportunity in the IT industry
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Schedule:

- Morning shift
