This role offers a pathway to future leadership in plant operations or production management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the daily management of production floor activities, with focus on welding, turning, and fitting sections.
- Learn to coordinate tasks across fabrication, machining, and assembly units.
- Work with senior operators and supervisors to monitor workmanship, productivity, and adherence to technical drawings.
- Support material handling, job scheduling, and maintenance of machine utilization records.
- Inspect basic weld joints, machined components, and assembled parts for quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, 5S standards, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Participate in troubleshooting mechanical issues related to parts alignment, fitting accuracy, and welding defects.
- Help implement process improvements and waste reduction initiatives under guidance.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Basic practical knowledge of:
**o Welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Arc)**

**o Lathe and turning operations**

**o Mechanical fitting and assembly**
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in a shop floor or fabrication environment.
- Familiarity with quality checks, measurement tools (calipers, micrometers), and safety guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Fitter, Welding, or Production Engineering.
- 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment (internship or vocational training acceptable).
- Practical workshop/lab experience in welding, turning, or fitting is highly preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
