**Mode of Working**: Work from office, Mon-Sat

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop attractive and innovative designs and layouts for a variety of projects.
- Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, budget, and functional requirements.
- Conduct site visits, collaborating with execution teams to prepare diagrams and quotations.
- Develop design concepts and space plans that align with the client's vision and project objectives.
- Advise clients on various interior design factors, including space planning, layout, furnishings, color schemes, coordination, and material selection.
- Work closely with decorators, architects and constructors to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and according to specifications.
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective follow-ups and handling of escalations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, each with different scopes and products, while adhering to project timelines and budgets.
- Take responsibility for delivering complete end-to-end interior solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and technologies to incorporate innovative ideas into design projects.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and cultivate new business opportunities through networking and referrals.

**Requirement and Skills**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Interior Design, including designing and specifying FF&E.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and project teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- A passion for creativity and a deep appreciation for design aesthetics.
- Strong project management skills.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
