**Job Title**: AutoCAD Interior Designer
**Location**: Balewadi, Baner, Pune

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and draft detailed interior design plans using AutoCAD and other software.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, needs, and budget constraints.
- Create 2D and 3D design layouts, including floor plans, elevations, and furniture layouts.
- Select and specify materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture to create a cohesive design concept.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure project timelines and standards are met.
- Revise designs and plans as per client feedback and site conditions.
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, health, and safety regulations.
- Maintain clear and organized project documentation, including sketches, specifications, and reports.
- Conduct site visits to ensure proper implementation of designs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and new software developments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer with expertise in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in other design software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, color theory, and spatial arrangements.
- Excellent visual and spatial awareness, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interactions and team collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of industry standards, materials, and construction processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in residential, commercial interior design projects.
- Experience working with vendors and suppliers to source materials and furnishings.
- Familiarity with project management and budgeting.
