**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook tandoori dishes, including breads (naan, roti, kulcha), kebabs, and marinated meats, using a traditional clay oven (tandoor).
- Monitor and maintain proper temperatures of the tandoor for optimal cooking results.
- Marinate meats and vegetables using traditional and house-made spice blends and yogurts as per recipes.
- Ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of all tandoori items are consistent and meet company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the tandoor section at all times.
- Assist in preparing items for the daily mise-en-place.
- Check inventory and inform supervisors about stock requirements.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly.
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely service.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
