**Job Title: Social Media Optimization (SMO) Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement SMO strategies to increase brand visibility and drive engagement.
- Create compelling content tailored to different platforms, including text, images, and videos.
- Design visually appealing posts that align with brand identity and resonate with the target audience.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media into overall marketing initiatives.
- Manage and schedule posts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media marketing with a focus on channel growth and increasing traffic.
- Strong content writing skills with the ability to create engaging and shareable content.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Experience in managing social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools to track performance and derive insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
