**Job Summary**:
Key Responsibilities:
**Search Engine Optimization** (SEO):
1. Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities, including keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.

2. Develop and implement effective link-building strategies to improve domain authority.

3. Optimize website architecture, structure, and navigation to ensure search engine accessibility.

4. Conduct regular technical SEO audits and recommend/implement fixes.

5. Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.

6. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

**Social Media Optimization** (SMO):
1. Plan, create, and execute social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.

2. Create, schedule, and publish engaging and grammatically accurate content (text, images, and videos) tailored to each platform.

3. Interact with audiences through comments, messages, and other engagement channels to foster relationships and build community.

4. Optimize social media pages and posts for visibility, SEO, and engagement.

5. Track, analyze, and report the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.

6. Stay informed about emerging social media trends and best practices to drive innovation.

**Additional Responsibilities**:
1. Respond to audience queries and comments in a timely, professional, and engaging manner.

2. Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure high-quality, consistent branding across platforms.

3. Continuously refine strategies to improve audience interactions and engagement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO and SMO roles.

3. Strong writing skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail.

4. Hands-on experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Analytics.

5. Proficiency in using social media platforms and analytics tools.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for audience engagement.

7. Creative thinker with a strong ability to generate new ideas for campaigns and posts.

8. Basic understanding of graphic design and video editing is a plus.

9. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
