**Job Summary**:
As a Counsellor, your role is pivotal in assisting students who have cleared the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) in India by providing them with accurate predictions and insights into their potential college admissions. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding students through the complex process of selecting colleges based on their JEE ranks and preferences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Career Counseling: Provide comprehensive guidance to students on career options available after JEE, including various engineering disciplines, research opportunities, and alternate career paths.
- Assist students in understanding the admission criteria, cutoff ranks, and other relevant factors for different colleges.
- **Educational Pathways**: Assist students in choosing the right college, Understanding of the JEE examination system and familiarity with various engineering colleges and their admission processes.
- **Industry Insights**: Stay updated with trends in the engineering and technology sectors to provide relevant information about job prospects, emerging fields, and future demand.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with students for progressing the admission process
- Provide regular reports on your activities, conversion rates and challenges to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Career Counselor, Educational Consultant, or in a related role, preferably with a focus on guiding students post JEE exam.
- In-depth knowledge of engineering disciplines, educational institutions, and career pathways available to JEE qualifiers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certification in career counseling is advantageous.

**Preferred Skills**: Certification in JEE career counseling or educational counseling.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
