**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in JEE counselling or teaching.
- **Strong knowledge of JEE exam structure and preparation techniques.**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Empathetic, patient, and positive attitude.
- **Collaborative and up-to-date with JEE trends.**
