**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain office records, filing systems, and documentation.
- Manage data entry, update and maintain databases.
- Assist the finance team with invoicing, data entry, and accounting processes using **Tally** software.
- Perform stock management tasks, updating inventory records, and assisting in procurement and supplier communication.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to day-to-day office operations.
- Handle petty cash and assist with other financial transactions and documentation.
- Support the HR team with employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments for efficient workflow.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in the hardware industry.
- Proficiency in **Tally** (mandatory) and basic knowledge of accounting and finance processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably Commerce/Management).
- Certification or knowledge in Tally is an added advantage.
