Requirement of Executive Assistant
Location: Pitampura, NSP

**Salary**: Depends upon knowledge & experience.
Experience: - 5 yrs. & above.
Note: Frequent Travelling is required.
Roles & Responsibility:
- 1.Organize and coordinate the day-to-day schedule of the Executive team, including appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
2.Capability to talk point to point with Department Heads and able to update their daily follow ups.
3.Provide general administrative support, including taking phone calls, handling inquiries, and managing the office calendar.
4.Planning and Scheduling the Meetings - Recording of the Meetings (Minutes)
5.Prepare and distribute internal and external documents, including reports, memos and letters.
6.Taking care of all mails and approvals related to the CEO office.
7.Manage communication channels effectively with other departments and external stakeholders and respond to correspondence appropriately & timely.
8.Preparing business reports of the Branch visits and follow ups of the concerned head of the departments
9.Good knowledge of sales.
10.Coordinate with all the Branches and Staff

**Requirements**:
1.Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role
2.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software
3.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
4.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders
5.Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6.A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
7.Certification from a Secretarial School or institute would be an added advantage
8.Should be presentable and assertive
