**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation**:

- Conduct thorough skin analysis and consultations to determine clients' skin care needs and goals.
- Recommend appropriate treatments and products based on individual skin types and conditions.
- **Skin Care Treatments**:

- Perform a variety of skin care treatments including facials, peels, microdermabrasion, and other advanced therapies.
- Ensure treatments are performed with precision, adhering to established protocols and standards.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of skin care products and treatments.
- Recommend and sell skin care products to clients, providing guidance on usage and benefits.
- **Client Experience**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients.
- Address client concerns and questions with professionalism and expertise.
- **Sanitation and Safety**:

- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and hygienic work environment.
- Maintain and sterilize equipment and treatment areas according to health regulations.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Keep accurate records of client treatments, products used, and progress notes.
- Maintain client confidentiality and privacy at all times.
- **Professional Development**:

- Attend training sessions and workshops to stay current with industry trends and advancements.
- Continuously improve skills and knowledge through professional development opportunities.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with other team members to provide a seamless client experience.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the salon.
- **Additional Responsibilities**:

- Assist in maintaining salon inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
- Participate in promotional events and marketing activities to attract new clients.
- Stay informed about new products, treatments, and techniques in the industry.
- **Client Follow-up**:

- Conduct follow-up appointments and consultations to monitor client progress and satisfaction.
- Adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
