**Job Description**:
**Position** **:Executive Assistant - COO.**

**Key Responsibility**:

- To collect various data from Supply chain, Factory operations for co-ordination with Other team in operation
- To Compile the data in presentation forms, formats.
- Tracking of Operation department data base with respective users to validate budget and actual cost component
- To assist for various meeting and coordinating with various stakeholders and other executive assistant
- Monitoring of To do list and Daily work schedule
- To monitor meeting planner, calendars and various agenda points for close coordination and closure.
- To be able to draft and conclude various meetings along with circulation of MOM to concern stake holders.
- To do necessary follow ups as per charted MOM and Keep track of Various pending activities and agenda
- Will be able to closely work with other team members in operation function for data compilation of sub function like Lab, Product development, procurement -commercial, logistic, Project, factory operation and IR team.
- To coordinate on Weekly and monthly reports from various sub function team.
