We are looking for a **Site Supervisor (Mechanical)** to join our team and ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Supervision and Team Management: Leading** and directing a team of mechanical technicians and tradespeople, assigning tasks, and ensuring work is completed to the required standards.
- **Safety Compliance: Enforcing** safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a safe working environment for all personnel.
- **Installation and Maintenance: Overseeing** the installation of mechanical equipment, ensuring proper alignment, and coordinating with other teams for seamless integration.
- **Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Identifying** and resolving mechanical issues that arise during the project, utilizing their technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- **Quality Control: Ensuring** that all work meets the required quality standards and specifications, conducting inspections, and addressing any defects or deficiencies.
- **Material and Equipment Management: Ensuring** the availability of necessary materials, tools, and equipment on-site, and coordinating with procurement for timely delivery.
- **Progress Reporting: Providing** regular updates on project progress, identifying potential delays, and reporting to senior management or the client.
- **Documentation: Maintaining** accurate records of work completed, inspections, and any deviations from the project plan.
- **Training and Development: Providing** guidance and training to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development.

Required Experience
- Minimum 1 Year.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
