"Key Responsibilities:
Client Representation:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, advocating for the client’s best interests.
Property Listings:
Prepare comparative market analysis (CMA) to estimate properties’ value.
Create detailed listings of properties for sale or rent, including descriptions and professional photographs.
List properties on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and other real estate platforms.
Market Research:
Stay updated on current market trends, including property values, neighborhoods, and interest rates.
Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and target areas for business.
Transaction Management:
Guide clients through the closing process, ensuring all documentation and financial arrangements are completed.
Coordinate with escrow companies, lenders, and home inspectors.
Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met during transactions.
Lead Generation:
Build and maintain a network of contacts to source potential buyers, sellers, and renters.
Follow up on leads, referrals, and inquiries from marketing efforts.
Organize and host open houses and property tours to attract prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Provide high-level customer service to clients, ensuring satisfaction throughout the process.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications:
Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Salesperson.
A valid real estate license (state-specific).
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, neighborhoods, and property types.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficient with MLS, CRM software, and other relevant real estate technologies.
High degree of professionalism and ethical standards.
Ability to handle multiple clients and properties at once.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
Experience in a specialized area (e.g., luxury homes, commercial real estate).
Multilingual skills are a plus.
