**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive training curriculum covering various aspects of.NET development including but not limited to:

- Introduction to.NET framework and its components
- C# programming language fundamentals
- Entity Framework for data access
- MVC (Model-View-Controller) architecture
- RESTful API development using ASP.NET Web API
- Unit testing and test-driven development (TDD) in.NET
- Deployment strategies and best practices
- Create engaging training materials including presentations, code samples, hands-on exercises, labs, and assessments to facilitate effective learning.
- Deliver training sessions both in-person and remotely to diverse audiences including software developers, IT professionals, and aspiring programmers.
- Customize training programs to meet the specific needs and skill levels of different groups within the organization or clients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in.NET technologies, programming languages, and development tools to continuously improve training content and delivery.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to trainees during and after training sessions to ensure understanding and proficiency in.NET development concepts and practices.
- Collaborate with other teams such as HR, Learning and Development, and IT to align training initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. (Master’s degree preferred)
- Proven work experience as a.NET Developer or Software Engineer with hands-on experience in.NET development using C#.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft.NET framework and associated technologies such as ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and MVC.
- Proficiency in software development methodologies and best practices including object-oriented programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and design patterns.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Experience in developing and delivering technical training programs or workshops is highly desirable.
- Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or Microsoft Certified:.NET Developer would be a plus.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring others to help them succeed in their careers.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
