Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop curriculum and training materials for.NET (C#, ASP.NET,.NET Core, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ, etc.)

Conduct classroom, online, or corporate training sessions.

Deliver lectures, hands-on labs, projects, and assessments.

Provide mentorship and guidance to learners during and after training.

Stay updated with latest.NET trends and integrate them into training modules.

Evaluate learners' progress and provide feedback.

Assist in placement-related technical interviews (optional).
Technical Skills Required:
Proficient in C#,.NET Framework, and.NET Core

Hands-on experience in ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Blazor (preferred)

Experience with Entity Framework / EF Core, LINQ

Front-end basics: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery (optional)

Database knowledge: SQL Server (mandatory), Oracle/MySQL (bonus)

Knowledge of REST APIs and integration

Experience with Visual Studio and Git

Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

Microsoft Certifications (MCP, MCSD, etc.) preferred

Experience as a software developer for at least 2 years (in addition to training)

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners
Nice to Have:
Exposure to.NET MAUI, Xamarin, or cloud technologies (Azure)

Experience using LMS platforms

Ability to conduct assessments and evaluation

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
