**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide **accurate product and service information** to customers.
- Resolve **customer complaints and issues** by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Maintain detailed and **accurate records** of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their **issues are fully resolved**.
- Collaborate with **internal teams**, including sales, logistics, and technical support, to resolve complex issues.
- Identify and escalate **priority issues** to the appropriate departments.
- Stay updated on **product knowledge, company policies, and customer service best practices**.
- Meet **performance goals**, such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Customer Service Representative**, **Call Center Representative**, or a similar role.
- **Excellent communication skills** in English, Hindi, etc.].
- Strong **problem-solving skills** and the ability to **think on your feet**.
- **Customer-focused attitude** with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Proficiency in **MS Office** and **CRM software** (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Freshdesk).
- Ability to **multi-task, prioritize**, and manage time effectively.
- Strong **interpersonal skills** and the ability to **work well in a team**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Communications, or a related field**.
- 1+ years of experience in **customer service**, preferably in an **e-commerce or retail environment**.
- Knowledge of **customer service best practices** and industry standards.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Udaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- English (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)

Work Location: In person
