As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for various digital and print media. Working closely with the marketing and creative teams, you will translate concepts and ideas into captivating visuals that communicate the brand message effectively. Your designs will play a crucial role in enhancing brand identity, attracting target audiences, and driving engagement across different channels.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience demographics.
2. Conceptualize and create high-quality graphic designs for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, website assets, advertising campaigns, brochures, posters, and other promotional materials.
3. Develop visually compelling layouts, illustrations, and visual elements that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
4. Use industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to create and edit graphics and multimedia content.
5. Create mock-ups and prototypes to visualize design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders before finalizing designs.
6. Ensure consistency and coherence in design elements across different marketing collateral and platforms.
7. Stay updated with design trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve design quality and creativity.
8. Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, and other creative team members to integrate visual and written content seamlessly.
9. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet project deadlines.
10. Communicate design concepts, rationale, and specifications clearly and persuasively to internal stakeholders and clients.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency or in-house creative team.
3. Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with other design tools and platforms.
4. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including digital and print materials, branding, typography, and layout design.
5. Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
6. Creative flair and ability to generate innovative ideas while adhering to brand guidelines and project requirements.
7. Attention to detail and accuracy in design execution, with a focus on pixel-perfect craftsmanship.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
9. Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
10. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, feedback, and project requirements.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
