**Role : Graphic Designer**

**Location : Anand, Gujarat**

**Experience : 2-3 Years**

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Conceptualize and create engaging designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website banners, brochures, posters, and other marketing collateral.
- Develop visual concepts and ideas that align with the company's brand identity and marketing goals.
- Create original artwork, illustrations, and iconography to enhance brand presence and storytelling.
- Use design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to execute design projects efficiently.
- Ensure designs are visually appealing, cohesive, and consistent with brand guidelines.
- Adapt and iterate designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with design trends, techniques, and best practices to continually improve the quality of work.
- Work closely with printers and vendors to ensure print-ready files and quality output.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Ability to translate creative concepts into visually appealing designs that resonate with the target audience.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about design challenges.
- Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D modeling (optional but a plus).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and wireframing tools.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap) for creating web graphics.
- Experience working in an agency or creative studio environment.
- Passion for staying updated with design trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies.
- Participation in design competitions, conferences, or community events.
- Fluency in additional design software or tools beyond Adobe Creative Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- CSS: 1 year (preferred)
