Requirements:Fluency in English and [Specify the regional languages required]Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly phone Voice Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving Abilities Empathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries or Complaints Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of inbound Calls Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems or call center software is a Plus Previous customer service experience in a similar role is Preferred Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as per the business Requirements
