**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Management**:

- **Client Onboarding**: Manage the complete onboarding process for new clients, including documentation and payment initiation.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and understanding of client needs.
- **Client Renewals**: Ensure timely follow-up on client renewals, managing payment schedules and updating documentation as necessary.

**Project Coordination**:

- **Induction Planning**: Plan and coordinate client induction sessions, including internal team briefings and external onboarding processes.
- **Program Management**: Oversee client programs to ensure timely execution and fulfillment of client objectives.
- **Follow-ups & Feedback**: Regularly follow up with clients to gather feedback and address any concerns regarding ongoing or completed projects.

**Documentation & Payments**:

- **Documentation Management**: Ensure that all client-related documents, including agreements, contracts, and reports, are maintained and updated.
- **Payment Processing**: Manage client payment schedules, ensuring timely invoicing and follow-up on payments.
- **Client Summary Reports**: Prepare client reports summarizing progress, feedback, and future actions.

**Technical Skills**:

- **Microsoft Office Suite**: Proficient in using tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for report creation, data analysis, and client presentations.
- **CRM & ARP Tools**: Familiar with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and ARP (Accounts Receivable Processing) systems to track client interactions and payments.

**Problem Solving**:

- **Issue Resolution**: Handle and troubleshoot any client-related issues, whether operational, technical, or service-based.
- **Client Support**: Provide proactive support to clients, ensuring their concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner.

**Team Collaboration**:

- **Coordination with Internal Teams**: Work closely with internal teams (Trijog and affiliates) to ensure alignment on client projects and program execution.
- **Reporting & Escalation**: Report major client issues to senior management and escalate matters when necessary.

**Compliance & Legal**:

- **Legal Queries**: Address legal queries from clients and collaborate with legal teams to ensure all agreements are in place.
- **Contract Management**: Draft, review, and maintain client contracts, ensuring all legal requirements are met.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- **Client Meeting Coordination**: Organize and conduct client meetings, ensuring follow-ups and documentation of agreed actions.
- **Report & Feedback Analysis**: Analyze client feedback reports to identify areas of improvement and suggest adjustments to programs.
- **Engagement & Retention**: Plan and implement strategies for client engagement and retention to ensure long-term client satisfaction.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing client relationships and project coordination.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to resolve client issues effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/ARP tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
