Job Title: Sales Representative (Lighting Solutions)

Job Summary:
We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our electronic lamps and lighting solutions to new and existing clients, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, provide product demonstrations, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new leads and build relationships with potential clients
- Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our electronic lamps and lighting solutions
- Develop a basic understanding of our products' technical aspects, including electronic components and design
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business
- Collaborate with our team to stay updated on new products, promotions, and company news

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry or product category
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic technical knowledge or willingness to learn about electronic products and design
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in B2B sales or corporate sales
- Familiarity with electronic products, lighting industry, or design principles
- Knowledge of technical terminology related to electronic lamps (e.g., LED, smart lighting, energy efficiency)
- Basic understanding of electronic components (e.g., LEDs, drivers, sensors)
- Familiarity with lighting industry standards and regulations (e.g., energy efficiency, safety certifications)
- Ability to understand and communicate product specifications, features, and benefits
