**What you will be doing? (Your key responsibilities)**:

- Developing and implementing Training Programs. Designing comprehensive training programs for Beauty Advisors.
- Focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Conducting On-the-Job Training, work alongside Beauty Advisors during real customer interactions.
- Offering real-time feedback and guidance to improve their skills.
- Planning regular workshops on product launches, new beauty trends, and best practices.
- Conducting hands-on makeup or skincare demonstrations.
- Offering one-on-one coaching to address individual development areas.
- Creating Training Materials, develop detailed training manuals, engaging presentations, and online modules.
- Ensuring materials cater to various learning styles and are easy to understand.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Beauty Trends: Continuously monitor and research the latest beauty and cosmetics trends.
- Stay informed about new product releases and industry innovations.
- Providing Regular Feedback and Performance Evaluations:

- Conducting performance evaluations to discuss strengths and areas for development.
- Setting goals for improvement and offer constructive feedback to support growth.
- Utilizing your 6+ years of experience in this domain to the fullest.
- Utilizing your qualifications, which may include a cosmetology license, certification in training and development, and certifications in beauty products.
- Utilizing your experience in the relevant industry.

- Sales Acumen: Training in effective sales and retail skills.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
