**Job Title: Foundation Faculty (Class 6th to 10th CBSE/ICSE/State Board)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and interactive classes for Foundation aspirants, both in group sessions and one-on-one coaching.
- Develop and update lesson plans, study materials, and assignments to cover the entire syllabus effectively.
- Evaluate students' progress through regular assessments, providing constructive feedback and personalized guidance to help them improve their understanding of concepts.
- Stay updated on the latest changes and adapt the teaching methods accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or a related field. IITians/NITians/BITSians preferred.
- Prior experience in teaching Foundation Batches.
- Strong command over concepts and the ability to simplify complex topics for students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Patience and empathy, with a focus on understanding students' unique learning needs and adapting the teaching approach accordingly.
