**Overview**:We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs and videos for a wide range of media, including print, digital, and social platforms. You’ll work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop brand-aligned visual content that engages our target audience and supports marketing campaigns which align with design needs and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Creative Design**: Develop and design high-quality graphics for various digital and print media, including websites, social media, brochures, flyers, advertisements, and product packaging.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure that all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms and media.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to understand design needs, objectives, and target audience. Provide creative input and support to help execute marketing strategies.
- **Conceptualization**: Translate concepts and ideas into visually engaging designs. Stay ahead of design trends and incorporate them into your work while maintaining the brand’s identity.
- **Revisions & Feedback**: Manage design revisions and updates based on feedback from team members or clients, ensuring final designs meet expectations and deadlines.
- **Print & Digital Media**: Prepare and format designs for both digital and print formats, ensuring designs are ready for production and meet technical requirements.
- **File Management**: Organize and maintain digital files and assets for current and future projects, ensuring all design elements are stored properly for easy access.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years of professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates your design skills across multiple platforms.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Video Editing or other design software.
- **Creativity**: Strong creative flair with an eye for detail, color, and typography.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to understand client needs and translate them into compelling visual designs.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Education**: A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with video editing or motion graphics (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
- Knowledge of web design principles and UI/UX design.
- Experience in branding or product packaging design.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
