We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role requires an individual with a strong background in both graphic design and video editing, with the ability to bring innovative visual concepts to life across multiple mediums.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**:

- Create brand assets, icons, and illustrations that adhere to the company’s brand guidelines.
- Develop layouts and designs for websites, apps, and marketing materials that enhance user experience and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce compelling visual content that supports brand campaigns and initiatives.
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos for various platforms (social media, websites, promotional campaigns, etc.).
- Add motion graphics, sound design, and effects to enhance video content and storytelling.
- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to understand the vision for video content and contribute innovative ideas to meet objectives.
- Ensure timely delivery of video content that meets project specifications and brand standards.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product, and sales, to ensure all designs and videos align with strategic goals.
- Provide creative input in brainstorming sessions for new design and video projects.
- Maintain a consistent style and quality across all multimedia content.
- **Technical Skills & Tools**:

- Expertise in industry-standard graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and 3D rendering is a plus.
- Familiarity with web design and user interface design principles is advantageous.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 3- 5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing (or a similar role).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a blend of graphic design and video editing work.
- In-depth knowledge of design and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Filmora etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take creative direction while also working independently.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with animation and motion graphics.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and designing content tailored for each platform’s specifications.
- Knowledge of current design trends and video production techniques.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.

Salary - 30k-50k

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
