**Desired Skills: - ** - **Must have a good command and fluency over English, Bengali and Hindi languages.** **Job Responsibilities: - ** - Building relationships with animation, VFX and film making, gaming, graphics & web design, digital marketing companies for student placements. - Manage the end-to-end placement process, from gathering student profiles to matching them with relevant industry openings and providing JD with students. - Sceduling placement drives like interviews with the companies and recruitment activities on campus or virtually. - Coordinate with students over the phone on career paths, preparing them for the placement interviews, soft skills, and professional behavior. - Regularly engage with industry professionals to understand their hiring needs and trends in the field. - Ensure employer satisfaction with students' performance and address any concerns or feedback. - Prepare and present placement reports in MS Excel, including data sheet on student success and employer feedback. **Salary -> 7500 - 12000 CTC per month (will depend upon the final round interview)** **Educational Qualification - Graduation in any field is mandatory.** **Job Location - Topsia ,near Science City (Full Time/In-Office)** **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Flexible schedule - Paid sick time - Paid time off - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift - Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: - Performance bonus - Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Topsia, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred) **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - Education administration: 1 year (preferred) - Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - English (preferred) - Bengali (preferred) - Hindi (preferred) Work Location: In person
