MRSPH Realtor Pvt Ltd is currently seeking a motivated and goal-oriented

Sales Officer to join our dynamic team at the Patna location. The Sales

Officer will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our real estate

offerings, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the

overall success of the sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Sales and Business Development:

- Actively engage in the sales process, from lead generation to closing
- deals.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through
- networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our real estate offerings.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding
- their needs and preferences.
- Provide timely and accurate information to clients, addressing
- inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

3. Sales Target Achievement:

- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for
- improvement.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to implement strategies for
- meeting and exceeding targets.

4. Market Research:

- Stay informed about real estate market trends, pricing, and
- competition in the Patna area.
- Provide feedback on market conditions and customer preferences to
- the Sales Manager.

5. Documentation and Compliance:

- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to sales
- transactions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company
- policies.

6. Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with colleagues in marketing, customer service, and
- other departments to ensure coordinated efforts.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with the local real estate market in Patna is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Salary**: ₹120,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
