**Role Purpose**:
We require an exceptional, results-driven - Field Marketing Manager. This individual contributor (IC) role will lead and implement the Field Marketing Strategy. Responsible for Demand generation, pipeline in ABM accounts.We are looking for a tenured B2B Field Marketing leader to support the high growth forecasted from the region. We need a strong leader who can be strategic and execution-focused to deliver Quarterly/ Monthly Sales Accepted Opportunity targets (both in terms of number & ARR), revenue and client loyalty for the Geo.

You don’t have to do it alone - you will have support from your superstar peers across the campaigns, events, digital, marketing operations, customer marketing communications, PR, and learn and leverage from your other field marketing peers.

1. Design & implement backend APIs at Locus.sh
- 2. Mentor junior developers technically.
- 3. Actively work to reduce tech debt in the Locus backend
- 4. Work towards more stability & scalability of the backend
- 5. Tech stack - Java, AWS, Aurora etc.

**Eligibility**

1. 1-3 years of product company experience
- 2. OOP implementation experience. Programming language does not matter. We use Java internally but have hired folks from non Java background.
- 3. Hands on experience in MySql, Dynamo DB, Postgres etc preferred.
- 4. Prior experience building REST APIs
- 5. Advanced understanding of AWS stack
- 6. Prior knowledge of solving problems at scale.
