We are looking for a seasoned Software Development Engineer (SDE 1) with 2+ years of experience to join our dynamic team and drive impactful backend development projects.Key Responsibilities:Lead backend and full-stack development initiatives using Java (mandatory) and optionally PythonArchitect and implement microservices, apply SOLID and OOPS principles, and design for performance and scalabilityBuild and maintain robust APIs (REST, Graph QL) using tools like Swagger and PostmanEnforce security standards (SSL, TLS, cookies, headers)Develop and deploy on AWS (EC2, Lambda, ECS Fargate, S3, Dynamo DB, SQS/SNS)Optimize performance with caching (L1/L2), throttling, and load balancingMust-Have Expertise In:Front end: ReactBackend: JavaCloud: AWSStrong grasp of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)Solid foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS)Experience with system design for high-scale backend servicesHands-on in development rounds: from architecture to deliveryIdeal Candidate:3+ years in software development with a strong backend focusProactive problem solver and excellent communicatorExperience mentoring junior developers or leading tech discussions
