**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate, monitor, and maintain **tablet coating machines** as per SOP and BMR/BPR instructions
- Set up machines for batch coating operations, including spraying, drying, and polishing parameters
- Handle **coating material preparation**, equipment cleaning, and documentation
- Maintain process parameters like air flow, temperature, and pan speed during coating
- Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment before and after batch processing
- Coordinate with QA, maintenance, and production teams for smooth workflow
- Record and maintain batch-wise and equipment usage logs in compliance with GMP
- Identify and report deviations or mechanical issues to the supervisor
- Educational Qualification: 10+2 / ITI
- Experience: 3-5 years in coating operations in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
- Understanding of **GMP practices**, documentation, and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and in shifts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
