Sys Admin AIX

Exp - 3 to 6years

Np
- 15days to Immediate
- AIX Administration: Activities:

- Install, Upgrade, Configure AIX Servers
- IBM pSeries Hardware
- LVM, NIM, NFS.
- VIO, LPAR, DLPAR and HMC
- System Recovery ? Backup and Restore
- knowledge on HACMP, VCS, GPFS
- Virtualization technologies AIX LPARs/VIOS
- Spectrum client installation and configuration
- Backup monitoring & Restore Operations
- Media Management
- Understanding of TCP/IP, NFS, SSH and other UNIX services
- Configuring cron jobs, and working on cron logs to checking for job status
- AIX command knowledge
- Good working knowledge on Power VC/SC.
- Handling Sev1 incidents & problem management, preparing RCA
