- Translate design mockups and wireframes into functional user interfaces.

**Testing and Iteration**:

- Conduct usability testing to validate design solutions.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.

**Technology and Trends**:

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Propose and implement improvements to design processes and workflows.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Education**:

- Any graduate with a passion for web development and technology.

**Experience**:

- 1 - 5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

**Technical Proficiency**:

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles.

**Additional Skills**:

- Experience with design systems and component libraries.
- Familiarity with usability testing tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of user journey mapping and information architecture.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
