Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Mangalore. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth in the region. Your in-depth knowledge of Mangalore and its surroundings, proficiency in English written language, and strong negotiation skills will be essential in achieving success in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential customers and market segments in and around Mangalore.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Conduct market research to understand local trends and customer preferences.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors in the region.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the Mangalore region.
- In-depth knowledge of Mangalore and the surrounding areas.
- Proficiency in the English written language.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Knowledge of additional local languages is a bonus.
