**Position Title**: Studio Operations Associate
**Experience**: 2+ Years
**Industry Preference**: Media, Advertising Agencies, or Luxury Industry

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Studio Oversight**: Oversee day-to-day studio operations, ensuring work processes are organized and meet project deadlines. Support India and Paris studio talent with all operational and admin requirements.
- **Budget Management**: Effectively manage and monitor the budgets allocated for the studio team, ensuring optimal utilization of resources. File and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Maintain a chart of budget vs actuals and prepare monthly reporting.
- **Vendor Management**:Liaise with external vendors and manage outsourcing requirements for specific projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- **Coordination across teams**: Collaborate closely with internal teams and vendors both in India, and globally to respond to their requests, and ensure smooth workflows, timely payments, and issue resolution.
- **Filing and Organizing Documents**: Maintain proper filing systems and ensure organized documentation of operational processes. Ensure databases of archive information are up to date and well maintained.
- **Preparing Reports**: Create regular reports to track progress and operational efficiency.
- **Research**: Conduct research on various types of specialty agencies and vendors across geographies to identify new opportunities and partnerships.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Studio Operations or related roles.
- Strong understanding of the media, advertising, or luxury industry workflows.
- Excellent coordination, budgeting, and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of managing teams, projects, and external collaborations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
