Job Title: Junior Studio Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Junior Studio Assistant to join our creative team. As a Junior Studio Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day studio operations, ensuring the smooth running of tasks, assisting with equipment and materials, and providing support to the studio staff on various projects. This is an entry-level position that offers an opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the setup, maintenance, and breakdown of studio spaces and equipment.
- Support senior studio staff in managing and organizing studio inventory, tools, and materials.
- Ensure the studio is tidy, organized, and prepared for each project or shoot.
- Help coordinate and schedule studio bookings, including preparing spaces for clients, collaborators, and team members.
- Assist with basic studio-related tasks like lighting setups, camera equipment handling, and assisting in art direction when necessary.
- Run errands, manage supplies, and order materials when needed.
- Provide general administrative support (e.g., managing files, scheduling appointments).
- Help with project preparation, including assisting with props, equipment, and set design.
- Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed in the studio.
- Assist with studio documentation, including asset tracking and maintenance logs.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent degree in a related field (such as Art, Design, Photography, or Media) is a plus.
- Previous experience in a studio, production, or creative environment is desirable, but not required.
- Basic knowledge of studio equipment and materials is a plus (lighting, cameras, props, etc.).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
