**Lesson Planning**: Designing and developing lesson plans and materials that cater to the specific needs and levels of individual students or groups.

**Instruction**: Conducting classroom or online sessions to teach IELTS-specific skills, including reading comprehension, listening comprehension, writing, and speaking. Providing clear explanations, examples, and practice exercises.

**Assessment**: Administering practice tests and mock exams to evaluate students' progress and identify areas for improvement. Providing constructive feedback on their performance.

**Customization**: Tailoring lessons to address the strengths and weaknesses of each student, focusing on areas that need improvement and providing additional resources as necessary.

**Motivation and Support**: Encouraging and motivating students to maintain a consistent study schedule, practice regularly, and stay committed to their goals.

**Individualized Guidance**: Offering one-on-one coaching to address specific challenges, answer questions, and provide guidance on test-taking strategies.

**Curriculum Development**: Collaborating with other trainers or academic departments to contribute to the development of curriculum, course materials, and resources that align with the IELTS exam requirements.

**Staying Updated**: Keeping abreast of changes and updates to the IELTS exam format, scoring criteria, and other relevant developments in the field of English language testing.

**Record Keeping**: Maintaining accurate records of students' progress, attendance, and performance to track improvement over time.

**Communication**: Regularly communicating with students to provide feedback, answer queries, and address concerns.

**Professional Development**: Engaging in continuous professional development by attending workshops, seminars, and training sessions related to language teaching and test preparation.

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field (a master's degree may be preferred in some cases).
- Certification in English language teaching such as CELTA, TESOL, or DELTA.
- Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Familiarity with the IELTS exam format, scoring criteria, and common challenges faced by test-takers.
- Prior experience in teaching English as a second language, especially IELTS preparation, is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire students.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
