**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to students' individual needs and proficiency levels.
- Conduct classroom and online sessions focusing on all four IELTS components: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Provide constructive feedback and personalized guidance to students to improve their skills.
- Develop and utilize a variety of teaching materials and resources to enhance learning.
- Administer practice tests and track student progress to ensure effective preparation.
- Stay updated with the latest IELTS trends, materials, and teaching methodologies.
- Foster a supportive and interactive learning environment that encourages student participation.
- Conduct workshops and seminars on IELTS test-taking strategies and tips.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- CELTA, TESOL, or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching IELTS or English as a second language.
- Proven track record of helping students achieve high IELTS scores.

**Skills**:

- Strong command of the English language (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Proficiency in using technology for teaching and assessment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Work Environment**:

- This position may involve both in-person and online teaching, depending on student needs.
