**UI / UX Trainer**
**Job description**
A UI/UX Trainer is responsible for teaching and guiding individuals in the principles and practices of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design. Here’s a job description:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs in UI/UX design, including workshops, classes, and online courses.
2. Create engaging and interactive learning materials, such as presentations, videos, and exercises.
3. Teach fundamental and advanced UI/UX design concepts, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
4. Provide personalized feedback and guidance to students on their design projects and portfolios.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new developments into training programs.
6. Evaluate student progress and adjust training content to meet their needs.
7. Collaborate with design teams and industry professionals to ensure training programs meet real-world requirements.
8. Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging students to share ideas and learn from each other.

**Requirements**:
1. 1+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise.
2. Proven teaching or training experience, preferably in UI/UX design.
3. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to break down complex design concepts into understandable and engaging lessons.
5. Familiarity with design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision.
6. Passion for empowering others to create user-centered designs.
**Nice to Have**:
1. Experience with online learning platforms and course creation.
2. Knowledge of front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
3. Certification in UI/UX design or a related field.
4. Experience with agile design methodologies.
