**Job Role: Online Bidder (BDM/BDE)**

Digital Mitro is a leading IT and web development company based in Kolkata. We specialize in providing innovative solutions in web development, software, and digital marketing services. With a focus on delivering high-quality projects to our clients, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Online Bidder to join our team.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Create compelling proposals, bids, and presentations to showcase company services and offerings.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities to tailor proposals accordingly.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand project requirements and prepare accurate project estimations and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless project transition from the sales phase to project initiation.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve targets.

**Requirements**:

- 6 months to 1-year experience as an online bidder or similar role in the IT industry. (Fresher can also apply)
- Strong understanding of online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, etc., and experience in bidding on projects through these platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively.
- Ability to prepare comprehensive and tailored proposals, understanding client requirements and translating them into project scopes.
- Good analytical skills to assess market trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
