**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
- Maintain and update customer database (CRM).
- Coordinate with the field sales team and support them with documentation.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle basic negotiation and pricing queries in coordination with seniors.

**Administrative Responsibilities**:

- Maintain records of sales, invoices, dispatch, and payments.
- Coordinate with logistics for timely delivery of goods.
- Manage filing, documentation, and daily office administration.
- Follow up on pending payments with clients.
- Support HR and management in day-to-day admin tasks.

**Required Skills**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and documentation.
- Good organizational and multitasking ability.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce or Business preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in sales support/admin preferred.
- Knowledge of Busy or ERP software is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,300.45 - ₹15,000.00 per month
