**Customer Support Executive - Australian** **Vehicle Insurance (Incoming Call Process)**

**Location**: Work From Home
**Shift**: Rotational (Australian Shift)
**Work Days**: 7 days a week (1 day weekly off)

We are hiring experienced and customer-focused professionals for our **Vehicle Insurance - Incoming Call Process**. The role involves handling inbound calls from Australian customers, assisting them with insurance-related queries, and ensuring a smooth and professional service experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming customer calls related to vehicle insurance queries and policy support.
- Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with customers.
- Update and maintain accurate customer information in internal systems.
- Achieve daily/weekly performance goals related to quality and service levels.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service standards.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** in an **international voice-based customer support role**.
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills** are mandatory.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Must have a **laptop or desktop**, **headphones/headset**, and a **stable internet connection**.
- Flexibility to work **rotational Australian shifts**.
- Willing to work **7 days a week with 1 weekly off**.

Pay: ₹23,000.58 - ₹26,000.55 per month
