Multi Technician - Plumbing and Electrical

**Responsibilities**:

- **Plumbing**:

- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures.
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in accordance with relevant codes and regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential plumbing problems and implement preventive measures.
- Collaborate with team members and contractors to ensure efficient and effective plumbing solutions.
- **Electrical**:

- Troubleshoot electrical problems, such as wiring issues, circuit malfunctions, and electrical equipment failures.
- Perform electrical installations, including wiring, lighting, and equipment connections.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify and address potential hazards or issues.
- Stay informed about electrical codes and safety standards to ensure compliance.
- **General Maintenance**:

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance issues.
- Perform general repairs and preventive maintenance tasks as needed.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of all plumbing and electrical maintenance activities.
- Prepare reports on work completed, materials used, and any recommendations for improvements.
- **Customer Service**:

- Interact professionally with clients and occupants to address their concerns and provide excellent customer service.
- Communicate effectively to explain technical issues and proposed solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a multi-technician with expertise in both plumbing and electrical systems.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in plumbing and electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of local and national plumbing and electrical codes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments and conditions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a technical or vocational training program in plumbing and electrical work.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
