**Job Title**: Accounts Incharge

**Location**: Villianur, Pondicherry
**Experience R**: 5 Years
**Salary Range**: ₹22,000 to ₹25,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and transactions.
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation for audits.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
- Implement and maintain effective financial controls and processes.
- Supervise and guide junior accounting staff as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with local tax laws and regulations in Pondicherry.
- Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
