The Strategy team delivers labor planning and staffing solutions in a real-time environment for NACF Operations. The Strategy team strives to solve the most pressing problems within Amazon’s supply chain, delivering programmatic solutions and sustainable processes. We are a centralized team, dedicated to the supporting the business via capacity planning, labor strategy, and organizational development. The SCSS team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated associate to support centralized Week 0 initiatives across multiple NACF networks.
Key job responsibilities
**Your job responsibilities as a Week 0 Associate may include**:

- Execute critical Week 0 Standard Work on daily and weekly cadences.
- Must be able to comprehend SOPs with mínimal support and identify opportunities.
- Respond to site questions and issues raised through the Week 0 programs.
- Proposes solutions on quality/productivity and work on milestones with
- Effectively identify and communicate issues and escalate to management.
- Highly organized, excellent multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations
- Proficiency in verbal & written communication in English.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook; MS Excel proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
