**Type**: Full-Time Internship (with PPO Opportunity)

**Objective**

To create powerful, story-driven video content and execute digital marketing campaigns for Gauri Rice, India’s leading Biryani rice brand — combining creativity with sales execution to strengthen our brand presence both online and in the market.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Video Creation & Editing**:

- Shoot and edit product, process, and testimonial videos for reels, ads, and campaigns.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content at factories, retail counters, and events.
- Maintain consistent tone, style, and storytelling across all Gauri digital channels.
- **Digital Marketing & Social Media**:

- Manage posting schedules, captions, and engagement for Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Assist with ad campaigns, influencer coordination, and brand collaborations.
- Track campaign performance and report engagement analytics.
- **Sales & Communication**:

- Attend incoming sales calls and inquiries from distributors, counters, and retailers.
- Record leads in CRM, share catalogs, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Coordinate with Priya and Karan (CRM team) for coupon redemption and customer engagement.
- **Brand Coordination**:

- Plan weekly content calendars and creative ideas with the marketing lead.
- Contribute to campaign planning and local market activations.
- Stay updated on trends in digital storytelling and food marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Media, or Communication.
- Strong understanding of reel trends, digital storytelling, and content virality.
- Skilled in video editing tools (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Confident communicator, comfortable attending sales calls and representing the brand.
- Eager to learn, creative, and result-driven mindset.

**Bonus Skills (preferred)**
- Basic product photography or scripting ability.
- Experience managing small ad campaigns.
- Fluency in Hindi and English.

**Working Hours**

9:00am to 6:00pm
**Work Location**: On-site at Gauri Rice Head Office, ,Naya bazar,Lahori Gate, Chandni Chowk

**Stipend & Growth**
- ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month (based on skill and performance)
- Performance-based PPO available for transition into Digital Marketing Associate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
