**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supply Chain & Inventory Management**:

- Ensure that inventory levels are optimized by maintaining accurate records of stock and managing procurement of raw materials and finished goods.
- **Logistics Coordination**:
Oversee the logistics of product shipments and deliveries to ensure timely and cost-effective transport. Work with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to optimize routes and reduce costs.
- **Warehouse Operations**:
Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods. Ensure adherence to safety standards and proper handling of beauty products.Coordinate with the sales team and e-commerce platforms for the fulfillment of customer orders. Ensure timely processing and dispatch of orders while maintaining high customer satisfaction.Liaise with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement and delivery of materials. Build strong relationships with key partners to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.Maintain operational databases and prepare reports for management to support decision-making.**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and inventory management software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
