**Key Responsibilities**:
**On-Page Optimization**:

- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities.
- Optimize meta tags, headers, content, and internal linking structures.
- Implement SEO recommendations for website architecture, content, and linking.
- Ensure website pages are SEO-friendly and follow best practices for search engines.

**Technical SEO**:

- Perform regular website audits to identify technical SEO issues.
- Collaborate with the development team to fix issues like crawl errors, broken links, and site speed improvements.
- Monitor and update XML sitemaps and robots.txt files.
- Perform website page speed audit and resolve the CWV Errors.
- Schema Markup Implementation

**Off-Page Optimization**:

- Execute link-building strategies, including guest posting, outreach, and content promotion.
- Analyze competitor backlinks and identify link-building opportunities.
- Monitor the backlink profile to ensure it aligns with best practices and disavow toxic links.

**Content Optimization**:

- Collaborate with the content team to optimize existing content and create new SEO-friendly content.
- Work on creating and implementing content marketing strategies.
- Optimize blog posts, landing pages, and product pages to enhance visibility and ranking.
- Create content outlines for Blogs, Web pages/money/service pages.

**Performance Analysis & Reporting**:

- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
- Prepare monthly SEO performance reports, highlighting growth, opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Monitor keyword rankings every month.

**Stay Updated**:

- Keep up to date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
- Suggest new and innovative approaches to improve the website’s search visibility.
- Stay informed about search engine algorithm updates and adapt SEO strategies accordingly.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Deep understanding of SEO principles, best practices, and search engine optimization technical aspects.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website architecture.
- Experience with keyword research and SEO content optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Qualifications**:
**- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven 2-4 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing. Agency experience will be preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
